GR’s Free Summer Workout Series is in Full Swing: Here’s the Lineup

Great news for all our movers and shakers out there!

Grand Rapids brought back the Free Outdoor Summer Fitness Series for another summer and there are still a ton of classes left for you to enjoy.

We love this because it’s the perfect chance to get active, burn a few calories, enjoy the fresh air, and soak up some sun while the weather is nice, all for free!

Throughout the summer, parks across our city are hosting fitness classes – from yoga to high-energy cardio and everything in between.

Who knows when you’ll get another chance to try out Barre on The Blue Bridge or get groovin’ with POUND?

Or, maybe Zumba at Rosa Parks Circle and the strength-building fun of Pumped Up Strength at Cherry Park is more up your alley.

Here’s to most of our amazing but -oh-too-short Grand Rapids summers!

See you in the park!
